Welcome to Eagle Rock Jiu Jitsu Academy!    Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

Academy: 

- All academy memberships require a 30 day notice for any changes to your anticipated training or membership.

- All members will be responsible for membership payments through the duration determined by our payments processor, ZenPlanner. 

- All members are subject to additional terms and conditions as noted in your membership contract.

- If you would like a copy of your membership agreement, please email a request to erockbjj@gmail.com 

- Any unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. are not tolerated and !will result in immediate dissociation with our academy. 

Apparel: 

By purchasing our branded apparel through our site or marketplace sites such as Google, Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, etc, you agree to the following Terms of Service. 

1. General Information

Our branded apparel is designed for fans, students, and supporters of martial arts, jiu jitsu, and Eagle Rock Jiu Jitsu Academy. These terms apply to all sales made through our online stores and marketplaces.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in ($) USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept cash, credit card, debit, Venmo, and Paypal payments. 
• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship to worldwide through our listing sites. 
• Estimated delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for our apparel unless there is a product defect.
• Any concerns with our products must be notified, in writing, to erockbjj@gmail.com. 
• Any returns must be unworn, unused items with original tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Product Availability & Changes

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
• Colors and designs may vary slightly from product images due to screen settings and manufacturing differences.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and branding on our apparel are the intellectual property of Eagle Rock Jiu Jitsu Academy and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
